Welcome to the Hesperian School Community

Never Doubt that a Small Group of Thoughtful Committed Individuals Can Change the World:   Indeed, It’s the Only Thing That Ever Has!

A Message from the Principal.....
Well, now that I have my first year as the new principal under my belt, I am truly looking forward to another new year spent with this dynamic school community.  It is a community of dedicated individuals where staff, students and families all work together to nurture the hearts and minds of children. Together, we have the power to ignite a love for learning and a passion for creative problem solving. We have the opportunity to encourage dreams and to inspire critical thinking.   With our strong and united partnership as community, as family, we will foster the school mission:

To Develop Life-Long Learners and Leaders, One Child at a Time!

Almost 700 students attend our campus in grades K - 5, and within the walls of our house gather together a diverse mix of cultures, languages, and ideologies. The staff works closely with one another to ensure that all students receive a quality instructional program.   Our goal is to support students in reaching high academic standards without ever losing sight of the particular needs of each developing child. We truly believe in the greatness of each child and strive to live out this motto each day.

We are also very proud of the life skills that our students are developing:   Personal and Social Responsibility, Respect, Teamwork, Tolerance, Perseverance, Integrity, and much, much more.   We are constantly striving to improve what we do, and welcome your ideas and your help.

Thanks to all of you who have become an active part of our extended family. We invite everyone to be a part of our ongoing commitment as we work to promote the positive and healthy growth of our children.   They are our Future Leaders with the potential to Change the World!

We hope you find our website a useful resource. If you have ideas or comments, please let us know.
